If you participated in Registration and Screening in May, please skip to Part Three.
Part One: Registration
You will be completing all paperwork online. You will be able to save your progress if you cannot complete it in one sitting. You will need to have a PDF of your Proof of Residency paperwork as you complete the registration process.
New District Family
The link below will take you to a page to create a new Skyward account. Please follow all instructions that are prompted by Skyward to continue to New Student Enrollment.
Current District Family
Log in to Skyward as normal. You will then click the house button and select New Student Enrollment. Once you have opened it you should see the form as picture below.
Part Three: Health Forms, Consent Paperwork and Payment
Instructions:
Log into Skyward and go into Family Access. There are 2 forms that will need to be filled out.
2024-2025 Kindergarten Consent Form
and
2024-2025 Kindergarten Health Forms
The image below indicates where you should click to see family access for your student(s). Once you are in family access, you will be able to see all currently enrolled students and the forms that need to be filled out for each.
The Kindergarten forms should look like the images below.
